1st Quarter Staff of the Month Honorees

As an organization dedicated to the well-being and success of the youth in our community, Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is committed to hiring and retaining exceptional staff members who embody our mission. We believe that it is important to recognize and reward staff members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles to make a positive impact on the children and families we serve. That's why we have a special tradition of selecting a staff member of the month.

Our staff of the month is chosen by our administrative team based on their outstanding contributions to the Club. This special recognition is given to a staff member who consistently demonstrates our mission of inspiring & enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

When a staff member is selected as staff of the month, they receive a $100 bonus and some awesome Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County swag. This is our way of showing our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our mission.

We are grateful for all of our hardworking staff members and believe that their dedication and commitment are what make Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County such a special place.

Congratulations to our January Staff of the Month, Lixsy! Lixsy's exceptional leadership and dedication truly sets her apart. Lixsy is the front desk staff at our Monfort Clubhouse, and she consistently creates an engaging environment that inspires so many of our members. Lixsy's hard work and passion for making a positive impact in their lives do not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything you do—congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

February 2025

Our February Staff of the Month is Graham! Over the last several months, Graham has taken the initiative to step up and take on more responsibility at the Galeton Clubhouse. He helps with snack time and helps members with their math homework. He always finds a way to connect with members, and has a special talent of getting members more involved during program time. Thank you for all you do, Graham!

March 2025

Our March Staff of the Month is Alexis! Alexis has been a huge help the past few months by aiding with Spanish translation at the Fort Morgan Clubhouse. In her time at Fort Morgan, Alexis shines with her positive "can-do" attitude. She excels at running program, especially when it involves service and leadership. Thank you for bringing the members joy every single day, Alexis!
