As an organization dedicated to the well-being and success of the youth in our community, Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County is committed to hiring and retaining exceptional staff members who embody our mission. We believe that it is important to recognize and reward staff members who consistently go above and beyond in their roles to make a positive impact on the children and families we serve. That's why we have a special tradition of selecting a staff member of the month.
Our staff of the month is chosen by our administrative team based on their outstanding contributions to the Club. This special recognition is given to a staff member who consistently demonstrates our mission of inspiring & enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
When a staff member is selected as staff of the month, they receive a $100 bonus and some awesome Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County swag. This is our way of showing our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to our mission.
We are grateful for all of our hardworking staff members and believe that their dedication and commitment are what make Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County such a special place.
October 2024
Congratulations to our October Staff of the Month, Bri! Bri joined the Fort Morgan Clubhouse staff in September 2023 as a floater. Since then, she has taken on many roles at the Clubhouse. Bri is currently going to school to become a teacher. She is amazing at crocheting and has helped members learn the skill as well. Since beginning at Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County, Bri has really stepped up to plate to fill gaps. She isn't afraid of a challenge and is more than willing to help whenever she can. We truly value Bri, and she is beyond worthy of this recognition!

Our November Staff of the Month is Melissa! Melissa consistently goes above and beyond her responsibilities, making sure the teens at the Teen Center are safe. She is an excellent team player, always has a positive attitude, and truly cares about the teens we serve. Everyone always loves being at the front desk because of how kind and selfless she is. Melissa manages to come to work always happy and willing to do whatever needs to be done all while being a mom of 3. She is always trying to do better and encourages the teens and her coworkers to do the same. Thank you for everything you do, and for how much you care!
December 2024
Our December Staff of the Month is Brooke! Brooke is an integral member of the Pawl Clubhouse. She always has her lessons plans laid out to provide high-quality programming for the kids. She has helped coach members during soccer, providing knowledge of the game and showing the kids teamwork and sportsmanship. She always ensures that the kids walk safely from Salida Del Sol Academy to the Pawl Clubhouse, which is much appreciated. Brooke always lends a helping hand to her colleagues all while pursuing her education at The University of Northern Colorado. Our members look forward to her programming, knowledge, guidance and expertise.
